Scratch Interact is a regular evening dedicated to exploring and developing interactive
theatre. Produced and programmed by Glue, it gives companies and artists the
opportunity to try out new ideas, and audiences the chance to see and influence
the development of new work.
Glue define interactive theatre as: Theatre in which characters have direct, two-way,
meaningful dialogue* with their audience. (*not necessarily verbal). We’re interested in
all forms of interactive performance, but the programming emphasis of this night is on
work that explores interactive narratives and creates communal rather than individual
experiences.
